Refund & Returns Policy

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement if your situation meets any of the following criteria:

  • Non-Delivery: If your package does not arrive within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date due to courier error or loss in transit.
  • Damaged Goods: If the medication arrives with compromised or tampered factory blister seals.
  • Incorrect Product: If the distributor shipped a product, dosage, or quantity different from what was stated on your final order confirmation.

3. Complimentary Reshipments

In many cases, our customers prefer to receive their medication rather than a refund. If your package is lost in transit or seized by customs (for international orders), we offer a one-time 100% free reshipment of your exact order via expedited courier to ensure you get what you paid for without further delay.

Note: If you opt for a complimentary reshipment, the original order will no longer be eligible for a monetary refund once the new tracking number is issued.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of our products and strict pharmaceutical handling guidelines, we cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Customer Error: If the package is lost or returned to the sender because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided during checkout.
  • Change of Mind: Once a package has been dispatched and tracking is provided, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds simply due to a change of mind, as returned medications must be destroyed.
  • Missed Deliveries: If the courier attempted delivery multiple times and the package is left unclaimed at your local post office.

5. How to Request a Refund or Reshipment

To initiate a claim, please contact our support team within 7 days of discovering the issue or passing the expected delivery date. You will need to provide:

  • Your Order Number and the email address used at checkout.
  • A brief description of the issue (e.g., lost tracking, wrong item).
  • Clear photographic evidence (if claiming damaged goods or incorrect product).

6. Processing Times

Once your claim is received and approved by our support staff, refunds are processed immediately on our end. Depending on the payment method used (Credit Card, Zelle, Bitcoin), it may take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for the funds to fully reflect in your account.

If you requested a free reshipment instead of a refund, your new tracking number will be generated and emailed to you within 24 hours of approval.
