1. Order Processing Times
Our goal is to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. We work closely with our network of licensed distributors to ensure rapid fulfillment.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and successfully paid for before our daily afternoon cutoff time (Monday – Friday) are processed and handed over to the courier on the exact same day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or major public holidays will be processed on the following business morning.
2. Express Delivery Speeds
We do not believe in making our customers wait weeks for relief. Our primary logistics focus is on express courier services.
Depending on your location and the selected shipping tier at checkout, most domestic orders utilizing our Overnight Express Shipping option will arrive by the next business day. Standard express options typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
3. Guaranteed Discreet Packaging
Your medical privacy is our absolute highest priority. We mandate strict packaging protocols across our entire distribution network to protect your confidentiality.
Every single order is shipped in plain, unmarked standard packaging (such as a generic bubble mailer or brown box). There are zero medical logos, pharmacy names, or indicators of the contents on the exterior of the package.
4. Tracking Your Order
Transparency is key to our customer experience. The moment your order is packed and the shipping label is generated by the distributor, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s live tracking portal.
Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to update and display active transit movements on the courier’s website after receiving your email.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is 100% complete and accurate, including any apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
Buy Belbien Online is not responsible for delayed deliveries, lost packages, or returned goods caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to the distributor due to customer error, a reshipment fee may apply.
6. Customs & International Shipping
For international orders, shipping times may vary due to local customs processing in the destination country. While we maintain a highly successful delivery rate globally, customers are responsible for understanding the importation laws of their respective jurisdictions.
